Terms of service
These terms apply to visafreechinaguide.com and the paid services sold on it. The seller is INTELLIFIN LIMITED (company address: to be added).
Information only
This site is an independent, unofficial guide. It is not legal or immigration advice. Entry rules change often, and final entry decisions are made by border officers. Always check official sources before you travel: the National Immigration Administration, the Chinese embassy or consulate, and your airline. We link to them on every page.
Paid services and refunds
Each service's delivery promise and refund terms are shown on its page, and those terms apply. For the two newest products:
- First 72 Hours concierge ($79): full refund if you cancel before your 72-hour window starts; full refund if we miss the response promise (within 2 hours, 08:00–23:00 China time; overnight messages answered by 09:00); otherwise no refund once the window starts.
- China Haul guide ($9 PDF): 7-day, no-questions-asked refund.
- Trip planning, Canton Fair, supplier negotiation and name check: see the delivery and refund policy on /trip-planning/, /canton-fair/, /supplier-negotiation/ and /chinese-name-check/.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Concierge scope
The First 72 Hours concierge is coaching and support by email only. It covers payments setup (Alipay/WeChat Pay), transport, SIM/eSIM, apps, translation help and information. We never impersonate you, send messages on your behalf, book anything, log into your accounts or act on your behalf. We don't handle visas or immigration decisions. In an emergency, call 110 (police) or 120 (ambulance) and contact your embassy or consulate.
The supplier negotiation service also works this way: you send all messages yourself, and we never contact suppliers.

Liability
We take care to base our content and services on official, cited sources. We can't guarantee entry, a visa-free outcome, a supplier result or third-party services (airlines, payment apps, shops, platforms). As far as the law allows, our liability for any paid service is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. Governing law: to be added.
