Privacy policy

visafreechinaguide.com ("China Entry Guide") is operated by INTELLIFIN LIMITED (company address: to be added). This page explains what data the site collects and who processes it.

What we collect

Trip planning form (/trip-planning/)

Arrival and departure dates, cities or regions, passport country, interests, budget range, chosen tier and your email address.

Service request forms

The forms on /canton-fair/, /supplier-negotiation/, /chinese-name-check/ and /first-72-hours/ collect your email address plus the details each form asks for. Examples: exhibitors and product categories, supplier and product details, the Chinese text or image link you want checked, or your arrival details and 72-hour window. Each text field is limited in length.

All forms include a hidden anti-spam field. Submissions that fill it in are discarded.

Payments

Paid services are bought through Stripe Payment Links on Stripe's own checkout pages. We don't see or store your full card details.

Processors and what each one does

• Stripe processes payments. Your payment details are handled on Stripe's checkout under Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive the payment record from Stripe, such as the amount, your email and the product.
• Vercel hosts the site and runs the form handlers. Form submissions are written to the site's server logs on Vercel so we can deliver the service. The site also loads Vercel Web Analytics to count page views.
• Resend stores your email address as a contact in a list, tagged with the form you used (for example "trip-full" or "name-check"). New contacts are saved as unsubscribed. The forms do not send any email, and we don't send marketing email from these contacts.

Cookies and tracking

The site's own code doesn't set cookies or use local storage. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to count visits without cookies. Stripe's checkout pages are on Stripe's domain and may use cookies there, under Stripe's policies.

Why we use your data

We use it only to provide the service you asked for: planning your trip, doing the check, or supporting you during your concierge window. We also use it to handle payments and refunds, and to answer you. We don't sell your data.

Retention and your choices

• Email contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Deletion is handled manually on request: email support@rendlet.com.
• Payment records are kept by Stripe as the law requires.
• Hosting logs, including form submissions, follow Vercel's own retention.

You can ask to see or delete your data at any time by emailing support@rendlet.com.
